Studio Policies & Terms
Please read our terms before booking your appointment with us.
Bookings & Payments
- A non-refundable booking fee of K50 per person is required to secure all appointments.
- Booking fees are deducted from the total service cost.
- Full payment must be made the day before or on the day of service.
- No service will be rendered without full payment.
Lateness & Cancellations
- Arriving up to 15 mins late may result in a shortened service time.
- Arriving 30 mins late will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund of the booking fee.
- Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the booking fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.
Follow-Out (Travel) Services
- Follow-out services attract a minimum fee of K250 (paid in advance).
- We use our own arranged transport to ensure safety and punctuality—no client pickups allowed.
- Clients must provide a safe, clean, and accessible working space.
Health, Safety & General
- Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities beforehand.
- Respectful behavior is expected. We reserve the right to refuse service for disrespect or unsafe conditions.
- Group/Bridal numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior.
